Microsoft 365 software for MSPs

Accred gives MSPs one sign-in to six Microsoft 365 apps: client delivery and support (Consult), tenant-to-tenant migration (Migrate, early access), device enrollment (Connect, preview), AI governance readiness (Assess), and tenant administration (Manage). Hub, Manage, and the Connect preview are free, and Assess is free to start. Multi-tenant views, backup, license optimization, and Intune management are in development.
Accred Manage works on one tenant per organization and is not a multi-tenant MSP console yet. Remote sessions in Connect, backup (Protect), license optimization (License), a multi-tenant view (Fleet), and Intune management (Devices) are in development.

What an MSP can run on Accred today
- Accred Consult: keep each client’s projects, support tickets, portal, approvals, time, and billing on one client record, with alerts to your own Microsoft Teams channel.
- Accred Migrate: plan tenant-to-tenant moves by client, wave, and workload. Every workload is labelled not yet validated until it passes real-tenant testing.
- Accred Assess: give a prospect or client a free, read-only AI governance readiness assessment as a first engagement.
- Accred Manage: work findings and access reviews for a tenant with changes that end in a verified, pending, or failed result.
- Accred Connect: enroll Windows devices into the right client and location and see their status and inventory.
How MSP staff get access
Everyone signs in once to Accred Hub, which checks organization membership and role before any app opens. Owners invite staff with a shareable invite link while invitation emails are being set up. See roles, seats, and app access.
What it costs an MSP
Hub, Manage, and the Connect preview are free for every member. Assess is free to start; the expanded assessment is $99 one-time per organization. Consult and Migrate are $15 per seat per month on Starter or $12 on Professional, with a 30-day free trial. Migrate also uses a license per migrated object. See pricing.

Is Accred a multi-tenant MSP console?
Not yet. Accred Manage administers one Microsoft 365 tenant per organization. A multi-tenant view, Accred Fleet, is in development.
Which Accred apps are free for MSPs?
Hub, Manage, and the Connect preview are free for every member. Assess is free to start, with an expanded assessment at $99 one-time. Consult and Migrate are paid per assigned seat after a free trial.
Does Accred include Microsoft 365 backup?
Not yet. Accred Protect, a Microsoft 365 backup app, is in development and not available to customers.
Does Accred include remote control?
Not yet. Accred Connect enrolls Windows devices and shows their status and inventory in private preview. Remote screen, files, and PowerShell are coming soon.
