Roles, seats, and app access

Accred Hub has five roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, Member, and Viewer. Every active member gets Assess, and every role except Viewer gets Manage, with no seat. Connect opens for every member once an Owner or Admin turns it on. Consult and Migrate are turned on for the organization and assigned person by person as paid seats.

Trials
Turning on Consult or Migrate starts a 30-day free trial on Starter with up to 10 seats, as soon as an Owner or Admin turns the app on. Each organization gets one trial per app. If the trial ends before a plan is requested and activated, the app pauses and your data stays.
Invitations
Invitation emails are still being set up, so Owners invite members with a shareable invite link. The person opens the link and signs in to Hub to join the organization.
Audit log
Hub records administrative changes as plain sentences: who changed what, and when. Filter it by type, app, and person.
Opening an app
Hub checks organization membership and the app’s access rule, then opens the app with single sign-on. Every app shows all six apps as tabs in its top bar; an app you cannot open stays listed with the reason.
Questions
Which Accred apps need a paid seat?
Only Accred Consult and Accred Migrate. Hub, Assess, Manage, and the Connect preview need no seat.
Can a Viewer open Accred Manage?
No. Every role except Viewer can open Manage.
How do I invite someone to my Accred organization?
Owners share an invite link from Hub while invitation emails are being set up.
