Pricing questions.
Is there a free plan or trial?
Yes. Hub, Manage, and the Connect preview are free with no seat limit, and Assess is free to start (the expanded assessment is $99 one-time per organization). Consult and Migrate include a 30-day free trial with up to 10 seats. It starts as soon as an Owner or Admin turns the app on in Hub, and each organization gets one trial per app.
Who needs a paid seat?
Only people you assign to Accred Consult or Accred Migrate. Everyone else in your organization uses Hub, Manage, and the Connect preview at no charge, and Assess needs no seat.
How does migration pricing work?
Migrate operators need a seat. Each object you migrate uses one license: $8 per mailbox, $8 per OneDrive, and $20 per SharePoint site, team, or Microsoft 365 group. Scans, prechecks, and validation never use a license. Programs above 500 objects get volume pricing.
How do I buy?
Create your organization and turn on Consult or Migrate to start the 30-day free trial. To keep using the app, request a plan and any migration licenses in Hub, before or after the trial ends. Accred confirms the request and sends an invoice, and you are not charged before that. If the trial ends first, the app pauses and your data stays until its plan is active.
Can I save with annual billing or a bundle?
Annual billing saves 20%. Seats for both Consult and Migrate together save another 20% on those seats.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time in Hub. Monthly plans end at the end of the month. Annual plans can be refunded in full within 30 days of the first payment. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
