Microsoft 365 Lighthouse
Lighthouse gives managed service providers multi-tenant views and security baselines tailored to small and mid-size customers, with no additional cost. Partners must be enrolled in the Cloud Solution Provider program and need a GDAP or DAP relationship with each customer. A customer tenant needs a qualifying Microsoft 365 subscription, no more than 2,500 licensed users, and the same geographic region as the partner; tenants that do not qualify get a limited set of features. Lighthouse applies eight default alert rules across customers.
CoreView
CoreView sells two plans, Tenant Resilience and Tenant Management, priced by the number of Microsoft 365 licensed identities with no per-admin fees; prices are given on request. Its modules include versioned configuration backup, baseline deployment across tenants, scoped operator roles, and license reports with unused-license detection.
Accred Manage
Manage is free with your Accred organization for every role except Viewer. It keeps persistent findings, inspects before-and-after state, and ends each supported change in a verified, pending, partial, failed, or manual result. Access-review fixes and new-joiner setup are proven in the demo tenant; live changes that remove or delete anything stay off for now. The weekly digest, Exchange management, and Manage Plus are coming soon.
Manage’s Security area is live: a Conditional Access baseline, Secure Score with a 30-day trend, MFA and authentication methods, privileged role holders, risky and legacy sign-ins, and active Microsoft Defender alerts. It is read-only; each fix opens the Microsoft admin center that owns it. Detect, which raises alerts for suspicious inbox rules, external forwarding, and likely account compromise, is rolling out.
