Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It keeps the Services safe for every customer and for the tenants and devices you manage.
You may not
- Connect, scan, migrate, or change a Microsoft 365 tenant, device, or account you are not authorized to manage.
- Use Accred Connect to access a device without its owner’s or organization’s permission.
- Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or store or send unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages through any Accred feature.
- Upload malware or try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or other customers’ data.
- Probe, scan, or test the Services’ security except as our Security page allows for responsible disclosure.
- Reverse engineer the Services, copy them to build a competing product, or resell access without our written agreement.
- Share sign-ins or use automation to get around seat limits or usage limits.
If something goes wrong
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks this policy, and we will tell you why when we can. Report abuse or a vulnerability to hello@accredconsulting.com.
