Terms of Service
Last updated October 21, 2026
These terms are the agreement between Accred Products, LLC ("Accred", "we") and the organization that creates an Accred organization or uses an Accred app ("Customer", "you"). By creating an organization, buying a plan, or using the apps, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
1. The services
The Accred suite is six web apps: Accred Hub, Accred Consult, Accred Migrate, Accred Connect, Accred Assess, and Accred Manage (the "Services"). Each product page on this site says what works today and what is in early access, preview, or coming soon.
We may improve and change the Services. If we remove a feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel the affected plan for a prorated refund.
2. Accounts and your organization
- The person who creates an organization becomes its Owner and confirms they may bind the organization to these terms.
- You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them, and what they do in the Services.
- Keep sign-in details private. Tell us at once at hello@accredconsulting.com if you suspect someone has used your account without permission.
- You must be at least 18 and use the Services for business purposes.
3. Free plans, previews, and early access
Free plans and features labelled preview, early access, beta, or coming soon are offered as they are. They may change, be limited, or end, and no service commitment or refund applies to them. Today this includes Accred Connect (private preview) and Accred Migrate (early access while workloads finish real-tenant validation). You decide whether to use them with production tenants or data.
4. Your Microsoft 365 tenants and your data
- You own your data ("Customer Data"). You give us only the rights needed to run, secure, and support the Services for you.
- You confirm you have authority to connect each tenant you connect and to grant the Microsoft consent the apps request.
- Apps change a tenant only as each app describes and only after the review step the app shows. You are responsible for reviewing planned changes before you approve them.
- Migrations: cancelling a run does not roll back what has already moved. Keep your own backups.
- Our Data Processing Addendum applies to personal data in Customer Data and is part of these terms.
5. Advisory results
Accred Assess and other readiness or health views give advisory guidance. They are not legal advice, a compliance determination, an audit, or a certification.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access that puts the Services, other customers, or third parties at risk, and we will tell you why when we can.
7. Plans, fees, and billing
- Prices are listed on the Pricing page or in a written quote. Paid plans are billed per assigned seat per app, monthly or annually; migration licenses are billed per migrated object.
- Seat changes requested in Hub take effect once Accred confirms them, and are billed from that date.
- Plans renew automatically for the same term until cancelled in Hub or by email. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase, which takes effect at your next renewal.
- Fees are due within 30 days of invoice, or at purchase when paid by card. Fees exclude taxes, which you pay where they apply.
- Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Confidentiality and security
Each party protects the other’s confidential information with at least reasonable care and uses it only for this agreement. Our security practices are described on the Security page.
9. Feedback and our property
We own the Services and everything we build. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide the paid Services with reasonable skill and care. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, the Services are provided "as is" without other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, even if told they were possible. Each party’s total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid Accred in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, a party’s breach of confidentiality, or liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Term, suspension, and termination
- These terms last while you use the Services.
- You may cancel any time in Hub or by email.
- Either party may end the agreement if the other materially breaches it and does not fix the breach within 30 days of written notice.
- After termination you may export your data for 30 days where an app supports export; we then delete Customer Data as the Data Processing Addendum describes.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in Hub before they apply. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
14. General
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts in Pinellas County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction. Neither party may assign these terms without consent, except to a successor of its business. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the policies they reference, and any signed order form are the whole agreement.
