Client and project workspaces, tickets, client portals, document approvals, time, billing, and Teams alerts are live. Automated client emails and tenant discovery are coming soon: until then they do not send messages or contact Microsoft.
A consulting engagement in Accred
- Start with a free Accred Assess readiness assessment to scope the work.
- Open the client and project in Accred Consult: phases, tasks, documents, and approvals.
- Run the technical work in Accred Migrate or Accred Manage.
- Log time against the project or ticket and move billing through approval.
- Keep supporting the client through tickets and the client portal.

Is Accred Consult a PSA?
Consult covers the professional-services core a Microsoft 365 consulting firm needs: clients, projects, tickets, a client portal, approvals, time, and billing. It does not include remote monitoring and management.
Does Accred Consult send client emails?
Not yet. Automated client emails are coming soon; until then Consult does not send messages. Teams alerts to your own channel are live.
