Microsoft 365 software for internal IT teams

An in-house IT team runs its own Microsoft 365 tenant, which is what Accred Manage covers today: findings, access reviews, a Conditional Access baseline check, Secure Score, and a read-only Teams Phone inventory, free for every role except Viewer. Add Accred Assess to check AI and Copilot readiness, the Connect preview to enroll Windows devices, and Accred Migrate, in early access, when a merger or divestiture needs a tenant-to-tenant move.
Manage runs access-review removals only after an Owner or Admin approves them, and its Teams Phone inventory needs three added read-only Microsoft permissions. Remote screen, files, and PowerShell in Connect are coming soon; backup (Protect) and license optimization (License) are in development.

What an internal IT team can run on Accred today
- Accred Manage: work tenant findings, review access, watch baselines and drift, and follow supported changes to a verified, pending, or failed result. Access-review removals, such as taking someone out of a group, run in the live tenant only after an Owner or Admin approves them.
- Accred Assess: build an AI governance readiness plan for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT from read-only discovery and your team’s decisions.
- Accred Connect: enroll Windows devices by location and see their status and inventory, free in private preview.
- Accred Migrate: plan a tenant-to-tenant move by wave and workload. Its support matrix marks each item as tested live between Accred test tenants or tested with recorded data, and items still marked coming soon are not available for customer migrations.

Does Accred work for a company’s own Microsoft 365 tenant?
Yes. Accred Manage administers one Microsoft 365 tenant per organization, which fits an in-house IT team. A multi-tenant view for MSPs, Accred Fleet, is in development.
Which Accred apps are free for an internal IT team?
